I haven't received my order yet, where is it?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days but for some specific products the dispatch time may be longer. What type of wax do you use?
We use 100% soy wax, which is eco friendly and also vegan.
Is your glitter bio-degradable?
We use biodegradable glitter for as many products as we can, however some glitter may not be biodegradable but this is something we are looking to change in the future.
How much is P&P?
1st Class Royal Mail- £3.90 or free over £34.99
DHL tracked shipping- £6.95 or free over £44.99
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of the order being placed. Our 1st class Royal Mail option aims to be delivered within 1-2 working days from dispatch. If you have chosen our DHL shipping, please note that your order may not be dispatched immediately as we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days & this option does not affect the dispatch time of your order, only the delivery time. Our DHL shipping option will NOT speed up the process of your order. Once your order has been dispatched via DHL, it can take between 1-2 days to arrive.
I need my order as soon as possible, what can you do to help?
If you need your order prioritising & dispatched ASAP, we offer a queue jump service which bumps your order to the top of our system and will be dispatched within 24 hours. This service cost £1.49 & can be found here.
Do you accept returns?
If you're not happy with an item and it's still in the original packaging we can accept your return, unfortunately used wax melts can't be returned. Please note you must cover the cost of postage for the return. It must be returned within 14 days of it being delivered. Please note- we do not accept returns based on the fact that you dislike the scent of some of our products or the scent is not what you expected.
My order has arrived damaged/I’m missing something from my order.
In the unfortunate case that your order has arrived to you damaged or that an item(s) is missing, you will need to report any damages or missing items within 48 hours of you receiving your order to report it to us so we can arrange a replacement for you. Anytime after the 48 hour period we will not be able to provide you with any replacements.
Can I get a refund on sale items?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on sale items.
